Thank you for your interest in registering as a vendor for the 2022 Library Tri-Conference August 4-6 in Missoula, Montana. Pre-conference workshops for attendees will take place August 3. The full schedule of Tri-Conference events begins August 4 at 8:30am. Participating library associations are the Montana Library Association (MLA), the Pacific Northwest Library Association (PNLA), and the Mountain Plains Library Association (MPLA). The conference site is the Downtown Holiday Inn in Missoula.

Event Details for Vendors
Vendors can begin load-in Wednesday 8/3 after 5pm, and should have their set-ups completed by Thursday 8/4 by 8:30am.
Vendors can load-out between 4pm and 6pm on Friday 8/5, but must be finished by 6pm when a cocktail reception will be held in the vendor atrium area. Load-out can resume (or begin) at 7:30pm if not completed by 6pm.
Note: Two conference sessions are scheduled Saturday morning 8/6, and vendors are welcome to remain on Saturday if desired. All vendor load-out must be complete by Saturday 8/6 at 1pm.
Conference Hotel Registration Information
The Conference Hotel is the Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown. The conference room rate is $239 when booking rooms for August 3-7.
