The Offline Committee plans a conference focused on technology every February. The committee can meet at the annual MLA conference to set dates for the event, appoint committee members to various duties and solicit input for programs. All MLA rules for reimbursing presenters, awarding continuing education credits, incurring expenses and recruiting speakers will be followed as outlined in the MLA Handbook. Terms last one year (June 1- May 31)
MLA Conference Planners oversee planning the meals and hotel arrangements with input from the Offline Chair.
