Conference Hotel Booking Information

The Conference will take place at the Heritage Inn, 1700 Fox Farm Rd, Great Falls, Montana 59404.  Rooms can be booked at the MLA Conference room rate of $88 per night.  A limited number of indoor poolside rooms are available at $98 per night. 

Conference hotel rooms must be booked by calling the Heritage Inn directly at (406)761-1900 and mentioning the group name "Montana Library Association" to inquire about availability. There is no option for booking the conference room rate online.

Conference room rates available through March 31, 2026, however rooms may sell out.  Book early!

Conference Recording Policy

Montana Library Association (MLA) Conference attendees agree that during the course of any meetings or communications related to the 2026 MLA Conference, no party shall record, tape, or otherwise capture any audio, video, or digital content without prior written consent from the Montana Library Association. Any recording which has been authorized by MLA shall be noticed to all attendees at the recorded session. Any recording which has been authorized by MLA shall not be retransmitted or distributed without the permission of MLA. This prohibition extends to both in-person communication and virtual communications. MLA reserves the right to pursue all available means to enforce this policy consistent with applicable laws.

Conference Refund Policy

The Conference Planning Committee may approve requests for refunds due to cancellation up until 14 days (April 1, 2026) prior to the first day of the conference. Direct requests for refunds to the Conference Planning Committee.
