Thank you for your interest in registering as a vendor for the MLA 2024 Conference April 17-20 in Butte, Montana. Pre-conference workshops for a limited number of attendees take place April 17. The full schedule of conference events begins April 18 at 8:30am. The conference site is the Copper King Hotel & Convention Center, 4655 Harrison Ave, Butte, MT 59701.

Event Details for Vendors
Vendors can load-in Wednesday April 17 between 5pm and 8pm. Load-in / set-up can resume Thursday April 18 at 7am, and should be complete by 8:30am.
Vendors can load-out after 5pm on Friday April 19.
Note: One conference session and a brunch are scheduled Saturday morning April 20, and vendors are welcome to remain on Saturday morning. All vendor load-out must be complete by Saturday April 20 at 1pm.

The Conference will take place at the Copper King Hotel & Convention Center located at 4655 Harrison Avenue in Butte. Rooms can be booked at the MLA Conference room rate, starting at $149/night.

Conference Refund Policy
The Conference Planning Committee may approve requests for refunds due to cancellation up until 14 days (April 4, 2024) prior to the first day of the conference. Direct requests for refunds to the Conference Planning Committee.
